This new mixed-use condominium high rise building will be located at Ward Village. Aalli consists of a 42 story residential condominium tower containing approximately 751 units, eight levels of above-grade parking structure for 720 spaces and ground level retail space. There are landscaped decks at the top of podium and roof for common amenity feature. The project will be designed for LEED Certified.
