New Performing Arts/Culinary Services Facility at Woodland Community College. The project consists of a 444-seat theater and a Culinary Arts instruction area along with additional support spaces.
Program elements of the buildings include a 450 fixed-seat Theater with flexible seating arrangements, Music Labs with Practice Rooms, Fine Arts Labs and Yard, Culinary Arts Lab, Instructional Kitchen with Hospitality Training Area, AVTV- Distance Education/On-Line Learning, Internal Courtyard that is surrounded by the Labs and a New Main Entrance Quad.
