New five story 165,000 gross square feet building for Child, Teen and Family Center and UCSF Department of Psychiatry. The building is primarily B occupancy for the office areas and clinic spaces comply with HCAI 3. The new building includes the following spaces:

• Desktop research and education space
• Open and enclosed offices
• Five-story atrium space
• 220 seat auditorium
