El Camino Health Integrated Medical Sobrato Pavilion

Sobrato Pavilion is a new seven-story Medical Office Building and a new 390 stall parking garage. The building supports hospital functions and support services for the new Main Hospital and Women’s Hospital. The pavilion includes the following and has both OSHPD 1 and OSHPD 3 spaces.

• Heart and Vascular Institute: encompassing clinic space, interventional outpatient surgery suites and administration and research offices
• Auxiliary: consisting of administration and support space for volunteers
• Outpatient Clinic Lab: providing space for outpatient specimen collection and receiving / phlebotomy dispatch
• Endoscopy and Bronchoscopy: including procedure rooms and associated support space
• Health Information Management Systems
• Cardiopulmonary Clinic (EEG/EKG)
• Respiratory Therapy / Pulmonary Lab: consisting of exam / treatment rooms and staff support spaces
• Cardiovascular Pulmonary Wellness Center: providing space for cardiac rehabilitation and EECP treatment
• Facilities Development and Real Estate: consisting of office and conference space
• Security: consisting of office space
• Environmental Services: including space for all housekeeping and linen services
• Materials Management: consisting of loading dock and purchasing and receiving departments
• Nursing Office not included in the New Main Hospital: offices and patient education
