Interface Engineering, Inc. Becomes 100% Employee-Owned Through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)

Portland, Oregon: Interface Engineering, Inc. (the Company) has become 100% employee-owned through its newly created Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The Company was founded in 1969 in Oregon and is a progressive multidiscipline mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire life safety, low voltage, architectural lighting, building science, and commissioning engineering firm known for highly complex, creative, and sustainable projects throughout the United States and the world. Interface’s offices, with over 250 team members, are located in large metropolitan cities including Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Oakland, Honolulu, Chicago, Denver, San Antonio, Washington DC, and New York City. Interface Engineering joins a group of elite 100% employee-owned companies across the United States of America.
